Problem: How can we help automate our Success Managers’ tasks and increase customer success?

Solution: Create a hi-fidelity interactive prototype that showcases key features (task scheduling, success path review, event recommendations, etc.)

Impact: We’ve given our stakeholders the tools they need to visualize their ideas to leadership and pitch the solution for executive buy-in.
