About Me

The name’s Rachael Raymer.  You’ll find me in the evening strength training in our garage gym, gardening, or testing out my new DIY project.

I’ve got the travel bug — “Have Passport, Will Travel” is my motto. I’ve been 8 different countries, and I love experiencing different cultures when it’s safe to do so.

My professional expertise lies in UX design, traditional design and marketing strategy. I graduated with two Bachelors degrees from IU and recently finished up my Masters Degree in Human Computer Interaction (read more about them here).

I’m an entrepreneur by night and a driven marketing and design professional by day. I take things into my own hands and make things happen.

What People Have Said About My Work

“Many many thanks for jumping into fire and helping create art-of-possible demo. In a short amount of time, you have created something that we could react, use it to align with our stakeholders and potentially go build the product on basis of it! I look forward to another opportunity to collaborate with you.”

— Hirak V.

“I wanted to take this time to personally thank you for all the amazing work you did with our team and Product. Visualizing UX design while also mapping content is not a skillset many people possess, myself included, and you helped bridge together our content needs with Product's UX vision.”

— Jason L.

“Thank you for all of your help and support with Get Started Social Studio! It was a big undertaking (spanning many months) to re-imagine this journey, and we couldn't have done it without your time, support, and design expertise.”

— Julie M.

“There are so many different badges to choose from, but in the end, the work you did for Service Cloud is REALLY going to make it easier for new Service Cloud customers to on-board. So, thank you for doing so much work to get the insanely complicated Service Cloud journey one that we can actually follow and take steps to complete! I appreciate your teamwork and for sticking with us through all the churn. I'm super excited to launch!”
