2021 - 2025

  • Worked across siloed teams to design and deliver a new canvas design system that (1) met usability improvements identified through research, (2) is future-proof for the LRP, and (3) efficiently utilized engineering bandwidth through detailed design and delivery specs outlined four releases ahead.

  • Investigated, iterated, and validated a new error handling solution for Flow Builder that minimizes unexpected activation errors and clearly communicated exactly where and how errors need to be fixed.

  • Consistently worked on top-level items year over year, ensuring automation workflow success for multiple user personas across JTBD that stretch across many industries

  • Crafted end-to-end customer journeys, focusing on delivering what customers need, when they need it, and where (in-app, email, SMS, webinars etc.)

  • Designed product enablement tools that increased conversions from free to paid in Sales and Service Clouds to help customers get started

  • Organized and hosted interactive, on-site Ideation Workshops in San Francisco and Indianapolis, engaging stakeholders from S.V.P. to Staff levels to brainstorm and lay out the strategy of the customer journey and user experience
