Worked across siloed teams to design and deliver a new canvas design system that (1) met usability improvements identified through research, (2) is future-proof for the LRP, and (3) efficiently utilized engineering bandwidth through detailed design and delivery specs outlined four releases ahead.
Investigated, iterated, and validated a new error handling solution for Flow Builder that minimizes unexpected activation errors and clearly communicated exactly where and how errors need to be fixed.
Consistently worked on top-level items year over year, ensuring automation workflow success for multiple user personas across JTBD that stretch across many industries
