Each email this group sent used to be hand-crafted. That’s great, except it takes a while to do, and they weren’t accessibly-friendly. Enter a flexible framework of email components that allows our stakeholders to craft a variety of message types: Engagement Journeys, Newsletters, Promotional Campaigns, Release Updates, Transactional Messages, and Event Promotions.

The component library follows the tenant of "Progressive Enhancement”– it works perfectly in 95% of our customer’s email clients (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, etc.) and performs almost perfectly in the remaining 5%.

I created an Einstein Analytics dashboard that showed up-to-date rendering statistics for our customer each month. Knowing what was possible helped guided the email component design decisions.
